My name is Jenny Jackson, and I am the founder of BodyBalanced Wellness. I am a fitness professional, movement educator, school-teacher, mom, entrepreneur and self-proclaimed lover of life. 

Over the years, my personal relationship with yoga and fitness have been continuously shifting and evolving. Both of these modalities have kept me connected to my physical body, mindset and spirituality as I have navigated through challenges such as divorce, cancer, financial crisis, and other personal adversities.

I am grateful to be part of an inspiring and healthy community of like-minded beings. I am honoured that you are considering joining me on this wonderful, awe-inspiring journey.

Retreats & Workshops

These days, we are over-connected, over-scheduled and overstimulated. It is getting progressively harder to unplug, disconnect, and find peace and stillness in our crazy lives. I adore helping people step even further away from their yoga mats from the demands of everyday life by hosting yoga and wellness retreats several times a year.

You can join me and my team on one of our pre-planned retreats, or alternately, you can create your own personalized retreat to celebrate a special event, host a workplace team-building experience or simply to celebrate life! Retreats are always open and available to all levels of yoga practitioners and fitness levels, even those brand new to group movement.
